Homogeneous emulsion pump TIB-DP consists of 3-5 layers of rotor and stator. The tooth gap between each layer of rotor and stator ranges from coarse to fine. The material enters the pump cavity to be crushed, dispersed, distilled, homogenized and emulsified layer by layer. It is a high efficiency homogenization pump that combines grinding, dispersing, disintegrating, mixing, granulating, homogenizing, emulsification and conveying. Comparing with HP series homogeneous emulsifying pumps, DP series homogenous emulsifying pumps are more efficient for granular materials. The grinding effect will be better.
